Sales Operation(2025 China Graduate Program)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Innovation Center Management:
- Center asset management, security management, utility management, compliance management
- People logistics, registration for both internals and externals, hosting for center visits and receptions
- facilitate marketing activities and training programs
- Center daily maintenance
Project Management:
- Collaborate internally with cross teams (Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, IC, IS etc.) and externally with government for Government KPI achievement tracking and reporting to ensure contract execution
SaaS Business Operation Support
- Drive sales performance tracking, forecasting, and pipeline analytics to support Client Executives and Sales Leader.
- Maintain and optimize sales tools, dashboards, and reporting processes for accurate business insights.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and HR to streamline deal workflows, pricing, and incentive plans.
- Support operational readiness for cloud solution offerings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or business analysis in a SaaS or IT environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with CRM/CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Proactive, collaborative, and fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Critical thinking with AI mindset
- Ability to interpret AI-driven insights
- AI tool proficiency (Deepseek, Mita, KIMI, etc.)
