We are hiring a Sales Mediator to be part of the EMEAR New Hub organization. The position is based in Spain, Barcelona.

We are helping companies minimize uncompliant software usage by resolving difficult matters amicably and opening opportunities that change the future. We are a team of motivated professionals with different backgrounds from across the world creating a great atmosphere.

What is your role?

  • Supported by a large team of legal, technical and investigative professionals, you will be the customer-facing expert negotiating amicable outcomes with C-level executives from large corporations to exciting new start-ups looking to change the world.
  • Qualifying an interest and leading a conversation to resolve uncompliant matters amicably.
  • Helping companies to become compliant software users.
  • Be an active listener, identifying pain points and turning obstacles into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local partners, legal teams, and regional sales managers to keep control of the entire process from first contact to final settlement.
  • As part of a large international team will be able to leverage the cumulative experience of us all while bringing in your own experience and knowledge to support our ethical and sustainable growth.

 

Your key success factors:

  • Education requirements: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 2-5 years in Sales and/or IT/Software Solution for Digital Sales
  • Proven active listening, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience guiding customers to make the right decision within complex situations involving multiple stakeholders and their individual needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and flexibilty as skill
  • Self-disciplined, business ownership mindset with the ability to forecast, plan, manage, document, and deliver on time.
  • Excellent business English proficiency
  • Fluent in Spain or Portuguese
  • Business ownership mindset to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks in an efficient manner.
