Job Description & Role Responsibilities:

  • Sell strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the company’s referential while leveraging internal platform as a communication channel both internally and externally
  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all company engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards
  • Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
    Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales position
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in selling solutions for  international or large companies
  • Proven experience in consultative value selling
  • At least 3+ years’ experiences in Transportation & Mobility industry ( OEM or Large scale Tier1 Suppliers ) 
  • Preferably Nice to have "Business Experience with Hyundai & KIA Motor company and Hyundai Motor Group (Like Hyundai Autoever, MOBIS, Transys, WIA, ROTEM etc )"
