Role description & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and leading Taiwan sales team to develop a sustainable business in Taiwan
  • Develop and execute Taiwan business Plan to grow 3DS market share, drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and lead transformation within his/her sales team to grow revenue for 3DS, and mobilize resources from IC/IS/supporting functions locally and globally
  • Be accountable to execute, based on DS value driven framework
  • Leverage DS platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.


Background & Experience

  • Sales team management & Partner sales development experience
  • Market opportunities ,knowledge, industry know how of Taiwan region
  • IT related industry and solution knowledge & experience
