Sales Expert
Dassault Systèmes, provides businesses and individuals with virtual universes to design sustainable innovations. We are seeking a Sales Expert to join the Iterop team and support our growing client base.
Role Description & Responsibilities
As a Sales Expert, you will enable and support sales teams across Dassault Systèmes’ ecosystem, ensuring they are equipped to sell Iterop solutions effectively. Your key responsibilities include:

Educating and training sales teams on Iterop’s value proposition.

Assisting sales teams with complex deals and strategic coaching.

Promoting Iterop projects with a value-driven sales approach.

Establishing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Collaborating with Marketing, Consulting, and R&D teams to enhance sales and product strategy.

Ensuring compliance with Dassault Systèmes’ contractual and legal frameworks.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Software Development, or Business.

5+ years of experience in pre-sales, digital transformation, business development, or software sales.

Proven track record in enterprise software sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Technical affinity and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.

Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise IT environment.

Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
Mandatory Skills:

CRM tools proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent).

Understanding of cloud computing and process automation.

Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range is between $182,000 and $220,000, including base salary and target bonus.
