As a Sales Contract Specialist, in support of the Sales team, you will work within the Geo to act on high-value opportunities in order to maximize the value delivered to the customer and to protect the global and long term economy of the deal.
You will be a key enabler to structure the sales proposal and to detect business risks, maximizing alignment with Dassault Systèmes policies and ensuring involvement and required approvals from the stakeholder, at local and global level.
• Help structures the deal to protect the global economy of the deal, maximize alignment with DS policy and DS best practices referential
• Participate in Value Engagement gates review to value DS proposal with value delivered to the customer
• Participate in Services proposal validation process when impacting the global economy of the deal
• Work with Sales Executive or Partner Sales Manager and Legal to build, agree and finalize commercial terms and other related business terms
• Help to get all required approvals (outside his/her delegation and outside Legal validation) from stakeholders in particular through SBO and IOC process
• Participate in contract development and negotiation with customers
• Contribute to opportunity progress reports, in particular through Opportunity Management
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineer fields or Business
• Proven experience of business negotiation within sales, procurement, legal or finance organization and experienced with contracts
• Negotiation experience in a software environment;
• Ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment
• Creative, innovative mind-set to spot opportunities. Sales Attitude.
• Confidence to work self-managed in a fast paced and exciting environment
• Good appreciation of operational and financial issues
• Experience in multi-cultural work environments and international companies
• Fluent English and Italian language skills are a must
