Join our team as s Business Developer Services. We are growing our Services team that assists our customers to reach their full business potential through our solutions. We are looking for a Business Developers, based in Stockholm.

 

What will your role be?

  • In collaboration with general account teams, build a customer strategy to maintain and develop services and software revenue.
  • Identify and develop new 3DEXPERIENCE business opportunity with key customer(s).
  • Identify key opportunities for solution capitalization to drive incremental revenue and margin for new and existing customers.
  • Create attractive services proposals, aligned with client’s desired business outcome.
  • Develop proposals and approaches to maximize margin through capitalization on industry references, replicate best practices and performance metrics.
  • Present and negotiate major contracts as part of Account Team.
  • Manage the assigned client account(s) and action plan to achieve customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Ensure that revenue and margin goals are realized in line with the Services Business Plan.
  • Develop communication plan to align client and 3DS roadmaps to the maximum benefit of both organization.

 

The challenges ahead

  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and mid management within different business units of client organization and effectively communicate business benefits.
  • Meet objectives against plan by addressing the customer’s business and solution deployment challenges.
  • Maintain accurate account plans and forecast.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” within Dassault Systèmes.

  • Successful track record of solution and consulting sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Challenged and thriving by managing complex solution and value based sales.
  • Ability to understand our software and how the customer can use it to gain business value.
  • Strong ability to manage end-to-end customer engagements and relationships.
