Dassault Systèmes’ Sales organization is growing.  Our ambition is to provide growth opportunities for those starting their career and excited to take on new adventures. Our High Tech Sales Team is looking for a Sales Associate. This role that will give you the opportunity to successfully generate pipeline for assigned accounts to increase presence in key industries/clients and grow revenue on a mid and long-term basis.

The Challenge Ahead

As a Sales Associate, you will report to a Sales Leader and work closely with senior sales professionals who will mentor and guide you.  You will learn to develop a marketing plan and foster understanding of the customer challenges.  You will engage in pipeline development activities for assigned customers, and validate leads and opportunities with the client team.

What will your role be?

  • Leverage strong skills in data analysis to deliver market development plans for strategic accounts

  • Contribute to the relationship and outcome of assigned accounts

  • Conduct qualifying conversations with prospects in a consultative approach by phone to determine business needs, budget, and timeline

  • Use multiple tactics to engage with new accounts: social selling, phone, and email

  • Respond to inbound inquiries generated by website content and marketing campaigns

  • Support execution of Account Based Marketing campaigns as part of a cross-functional team

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions, services, industries and workflows

  • Leverage internal and external training resources to develop and expand your business development skill set

  • Progress through the Sales Academy based on your performance, predicated on your work ethic and results

Your Key Success Factors

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. MBA a plus
  • 2-5 years of prior work experience in sales related fields and/or technical sales
  • Ability to drive results and achieve objectives, following established processes and methodologies, with little supervision or guidance
  • Strong self-motivation,  enthusiasm and willingness to learn, able to effectively collaborate and receive coaching and instructions
  • Comfortable delivering on key business targets with competing deadlines
  • Strong Communication Skills, written and verbal
  • Effective Relationship Building Skills
  • Microsoft Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Capability of presenting complex information in an easily digestible manner to audiences with various levels of knowledge
  • Knowledge of industry specific manufacturing, design or processes is a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish or French a plus
  • Confident in interacting and presenting to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, up to and including the executive team

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
