Role Description & Responsibilities:

As part of the EMEAI Revenue Team, you will Support 3DS in achieving its business and financial goals in compliance with the international financial regulations. As a team member, you will assist in deals structuring during the negotiation phase and will prepare the deals review summary and documentation for the deals closed at each quarter end. You will also work with internal customers to resolve revenue-related inquiries. Additionally, you will assist in facilitating the improvement of current processes and policies.

 

Your missions will be:

 

- To support, liaise with and advise the sales, Deal Value Engineers, Pricing & Legal teams on the various potential revenue recognition consequences when structuring agreements and new transactions.

- To ensure that the revenues as shared in the company’s external annual report, are recognized accurately

- To review and prepare reporting packages for accounting documentation of deals closed at each Quarter End.

-  To be a contact person for external & internal Auditors

  •  To promote and educate on revenue recognition principles within the organisation

This position is preferably located in Vélizy (France) but can be also located in any of our DS offices in Europe.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Business School, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Audit firm and/or another software company is highly appreciated.

Strong understanding of IFRS 15 principles.

Good communication and organization skills

English is required and another European Language will be appreciated
