Regional HR Specialist (Employee Relations)

Role Description & Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for individual employee and managers to provide assistance and guidance to employees on life and well-being matters to foster a supportive, healthy, and inclusive work environment
  • Offer guidance and counsel on employee relations and workplace practices, acting as a mediator or supporting external mediation if needed
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with employees and managers to ensure proper interaction and consistent application of company core values, policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and update Dassault Systèmes policies if needed
  • Considering information shared during Great Place To Work (GPTW) engagement surveys, as well as the exit and stay interviews. Plan, develop, implement and promote activities and programs that enhance overall employee engagement, communication and productive work relations
  • Guide managers and employees in identifying the most appropriate training sessions and interventions to meet their development needs and business objectives


  • At least 5-7 years of HR experience with proven knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in Australia, Malaysia, and ASEAN countries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities to assess workplace situations and evaluate information
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines, and regulations, with direct experience in conflict management and providing constructive feedback
  • Embody principles of emotional and social intelligence (ESI) and demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders, remaining tactful and persuasive in confrontational situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player
