What will your role be?
Define, share, validate and execute plans to ensure customers successful deployment and production run
The challenges ahead:
• Be the point of contact of R&D Customer Success organization for the customer you manage
• Understand customer deployments project, customer challenges and expected values
• Anticipate customer deployment at risk, organize and lead regular meetings to manage issues submitted by customer
• Create and update in internal tools the list of issues to be managed for the different project milestones of the customer
• Escalate risky subjects that could endanger compliance with customer milestones and define and secure resolution plan
Your key success factors:
• Bachelor or Master in information systems, business engineering or economics
• Fluent English language and communication skills, interacting efficiently, with empathy and passion while working with different cultures; German language is an advantage
• Proactive and results driven attitude towards work
• Creative problem solver and excellent conflict management skills, able to adapt easily to changing situations
• Understanding of the big picture and task dependencies, yet ability to focus on details when needed
