What will your role be?

Define, share, validate and execute plans to ensure customers successful deployment and production run

[IMAGINE] Understand customer deployments project, customer challenges and expected values Anticipate customer deployment at risk thru Go Live Intelligence and Solution health Propose relevant enhancements on the Operations process. Identify needed Get Well Plan from user feedback [CREATE] Define resolution plan (HMA, SR closed List) according to the customer milestones [PRODUCE] Lead the customer requests backlog convergence according to the deployment plan thru the regular Operations meeting (“Back To Plan” meeting) Deliver best in class premium support Services (360° customer deploy & run Health KPIs) [USE/VALUE] Develop meaningful customer relationship aligning customer's roadmap with R&D delivery plan Monitor DS Support Services (Advantage and Premium) execution, renewal and related customer satisfaction Resolve customers alerts according to 3DS R&D processes Measure the delivery of the expected Value [ADVOCATE] Identify and promote premium support opportunities Identify upsell opportunities within users interactions Comply with related R&D processes & Meet the Key Activity & Performance Indicators. Your key success factors

  • Customer Success experience
  • Software deployment project experience
  • Direct interaction with a customer is an advantage
  • Experience in a Domain / Industry is an advantage
  • It is necessary to understand the products used by SEC/HKMC/Hyundai Heavy Industries/HDI/ROTEM/KAI/SL/HWNHWA/DN Solution.
  • In particular, experience in carrying out or supporting the customer's product deployment project is required.
  • A close relationship with the customer's representative and manager is also required.
