Job Description & Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the quality and managing the requirements of the Hosted Solutions platforms developed for both internal and external customers worldwide
- Work alongside a team of specialists within the Hosted Solutions domain, providing
- Proactive and reactive support to maintain the reliability and performance of our platforms
- You will be part of the team to collaborate across regions to deliver excellence
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software development and software testing principles
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Interest in requirement analysis and user experience (UX) concepts
- Creative thinker who enjoys finding new and better ways to do things
