In Dassault Systemes Global Services, we are looking for strongly motivated individuals who will contribute to organization via their technical, functional and consulting skills. In the role of Quality Manager, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the reliable delivery of projects and initiatives, adhering to well-established quality standards. Your responsibilities encompass designing, executing, and upholding a resilient quality management system within the Program Directorate. With a dedicated focus on harmonizing with industry best practices and meeting regulatory requirements, your influence will be key in refining project execution and upholding the organization's project portfolio to the most elevated quality standards.

This position is based in our office located in Pune, India. 

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Process & Quality Framework Implementation & Evolution:
    • Implement and deploy the framework, emphasizing delivery process automation, continuous code integration, and automated quality checks.
    • Study, benchmark, identify, and procure necessary software tools.
    • Develop and deploy automation framework components using various tools.
  2. Quality Vision and Strategy:
    • Define the quality vision and strategy, outlining a roadmap to achieve it.
    • Evolve the Software Delivery Process & Quality framework for different Software Project Lifecycles and engagement models.
  3. Agile Methodology Deployment:
    • Define and deploy Agile methodology for use in onsite-offshore projects.
    • Enable partner ecosystems to adopt and adhere to the required quality system, tools, and processes.
  4. Governance:
    • Define and evolve effective metrics for measuring software quality, process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
    • Deploy role and context-based metric dashboards for key roles, including Developers, Test Engineers, Project Managers, Program Managers/Executives, and Customers.
    • Review and audit projects for software quality and process compliance, establishing a governance model for reviews and audits in coordination with Project Managers.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Review software quality and process compliance, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as required.
    • Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Participate in Project kick-offs and Quality reviews with customers and Executives as required.
  6. Training/Education & Consultation:
    • Train and educate employees on the Software Process & Quality framework.
    • Define and evolve standardized practices with the help of experts in various areas, including Coding & Design, DS Technologies, Software Engineering, Testing, and Project Management.
    • Provide guidance and consultation to Project Managers and delivery teams on project and quality recovery.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Explore and deploy new, efficient Software Delivery/Project Management processes and tools (e.g., Lean Principles, TOC, and Agile).
    • Build, promote, and nurture a Software Quality culture in the organization through informal employee surveys to understand pain areas, challenges, and efficiency blockers.
    • Regularly communicate with employees on the importance and significance of various processes and tools.
  8. Certifications:
    • Lead Quality certification initiatives as per business requirements (e.g., CMMI, ISO).
  • Qualifications/Experience

    • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
      • 13-16 years of relevant experience
      • Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma) and Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role.
      • Strong background in implementing quality frameworks and automation tools.
      • Demonstrated success in deploying agile methodologies for onsite-offshore projects.
      • Extensive knowledge of software delivery processes and project lifecycle management.
      • Previous experience in leading quality certification initiatives (e.g., CMMI, ISO).
