Program Manager- Railroad Infrastructure

 Team Introduction and Overview

As a Program Manager within Railway Infrastructure Team, you will report directly to our Senior Director of Infrastructure & Cities Virtual Twin Experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading railway infrastructure projects.  You will be responsible for delivering the Virtual Twin Experience to our customers.  You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the transit systems are on time, within budget and the outcomes are performing optimally

Role Description and Responsibilities

The scope of your responsibilities will include:

·         Developing and maintaining strong communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal personnel and ensuring work flows smoothly

  • Ensuring the Special Purpose Vehicle team and associated stakeholders are coordinated, managed, and aligned
  • Participating in risk identification and managing, monitoring and mitigating risks
  • Managing and coordinating both project staff and sub-contractors, ensuring safe, cost effective, efficient, and timely completion of the Projects

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la direction des projets d'infrastructure ferroviaire. Vous serez responsable de fournir l’expérience Virtual Twin à nos clients. Vous serez responsable de garantir que la livraison des systèmes de transport en commun soit effectuée à temps, dans les limites du budget et que les résultats fonctionnent de manière optimale.

L'étendue de vos responsabilités comprendra :

·         Développer et maintenir des canaux de communication solides avec les clients, les parties prenantes et le personnel interne et assurer le bon déroulement du travail.

·         S'assurer que l'équipe du véhicule à usage spécial et les parties prenantes associées sont coordonnées, gérées et alignées.

·         Participer à l'identification et à la gestion des risques, au suivi et à l'atténuation des risques.

·         Gérer et coordonner le personnel du projet et les sous-traitants, garantissant l'achèvement des projets en toute sécurité, de manière rentable, efficace et dans les délais.




  • Demonstrates deep experience within the Railway Infrastructure sector
  • Experience with overseeing rail and rail station design, construction and managing complex construction projects
  •  Demonstrates experience leading technical and non-technical colleagues within inter-disciplinary projects
  • Possesses a  diverse professional background,  possessing experience with customer interface, project management and leadership
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English and French

·            Solides compétences en communication interpersonnelle, orale et écrite en anglais et en français

Compensation & Benefits
