Roles and Responsibilities:

Take end to end accountbility in manage multi projects of one or more accounts, assure account success as well as driving a sustainable business, by ensure the successful completion of a customer project to deliver committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction, performance of the activities on Time, on Quality and on Budget.

  • Customer satisfaction indexes
  • Achievement of internal objectives (revenue, margin)
  • Compliance with DS project execution policies (reporting, tools, methods….) in particular Value Engagement Framework
  • Successful project execution on time, on budget, on quality, in the agreed scope
  • Capitalized assets re-use, capitalized assets produced
  • Incremental Service Revenues (Change Request)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of services & consulting experience in PLM
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Understanding of mainstream PLM solutions & technologies | preferred if having good knowledge of 3DS products and technologies
  • With a strong background or field experience in M&O related industries
  • 5+ years’ experience in services project management activities
  • Sales experience is a plus
