Program Manager
We invite you to join our closely-knit, motivated, and fantastic team, taking your place in our team as a Program Manager based in Denmark, the role involves some travel to customer sites.
In the role you will be responsible for ensuring optimum ramp-up and building the success to one of our new multi-year programs. You will manage dependencies, split of responsibilities across a multi-organizational program as well as manage escalations, risks and issues, sourcing of resources internally or from partners, and compile program performance reporting. The initial program at hand focuses on IT operations and IT systems change management hence experience of IT management is useful.

Role Description & Responsibilities
- Lead in the definition of plans and scope of work, identifying and validating all assumptions and dependencies
- RACI definition across the project work breakdown structure
- Prepare complete and accurate reporting including financial and internal and external status reporting
- Prepare and submit forecasts for assigned projects
- Prepare, communicate and execute project schedules to fulfil the scope of the project
- Anticipate, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues within a shared governance structure
- Ensure critical project documentation such as for example lessons learned and reporting is completed to the standards of the Dassault Systemes project deployment methodologies
- Foster strong team spirit among project team members and trust-based relationship with the end customer
- Drive project activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and schedule
- Manage escalation if needed and coordinate the resolution of quality issues with our customer success and R&D teams
Qualifications
- Experience of aligning project work with Agile principles such as SAFe , LeSS or other Agile deployment methodologies
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills including the ability to convey information at correct level of detail for different audiences: customer executives, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and end users
- Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE 2 or similar are considered as an asset
- Experience working with team from different cultures and countries. Experience working with off shore resources and team
- IT operational management and leadership experience, knowledge and experience of IT global services provision and processes
- Knowledge and experience of IT system change management processes and software configuration controls
- Experience and knowledge of refining and managing a product backlog of enabling features to support agile capability development
- Knowledge of Test Management processes and automation
- Residence and working permit in Denmark
- Danish skills are considered as a big asset, fluent English skills are critical requirement
