Role description & Responsibilities
• Assist with planning and coordination of programs and driving their activities
• Work to keep programs on schedule, within stated budgets and functioning smoothly
• Support program growth and development as necessary
• Ensure specific project schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized
• Communicate with various business units and stakeholders to keep everyone on board about any changes to project plan
• Organize reporting, plan regional meetings and provide updates to project leaders and business stakeholders involved by working closely with AP South Managing Director
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or Technical related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience working in multiple projects or Program/ Project Management Office
• Demonstrated success in driving and influencing delivery of multiple initiatives with positive business outcomes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization skills and learning agility
