The Process & Operations Transformation Expert is a strategic leader responsible for re-engineering the DNA of our Global Business Services (GBS). You will act as the primary bridge between functional business needs and technical execution. As a multidisciplinary Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will oversee the transformation of Finance, Sales, Business Administration, and Service domains by architecting intelligent automation solutions, MIS and documentation for GBS.

Role Description & Responsibilities 

•    Solution Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end process maps and technical architectures. You will translate complex "as-is" workflows into optimized "to-be" states ready for automation.
•    Technical Orchestration: Work as the functional lead for AI, RPA, and Full-Stack Developers. You provide the technical logic, API requirements, and data schemas needed for developers to build robust tools.
•    Strategic Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of automation projects. This includes sprint planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that technical builds align with the original business case.
•    Data Analytics & MIS: Leverage data to drive decisions. You will build and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide real-time visibility into operational health and automation ROI.
•    Performance Engineering: Define, track, and report on critical KPIs (e.g., FTE savings, error reduction, cycle time). You are responsible for the continuous improvement post-deployment.
•    Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as a high-ownership consultant for global stakeholders, navigating complex organizational structures to ensure adoption and alignment.
