Manage SIMULIA Technical team activities to support the revenue plan for relevant GEOs


  • Respect GEO Sales strategy (WTS), Corporate guidelines in line with VALUE ENGAGEMENT deployment and LEVERAGE process
  • Build C-Level relationship with customers/partners

@ Customer Value Engagement

  • Plan, Execute & Monitor the Partner's enablement, certification and coaching plan in the context of the geo 3-years plan with Geo Country Manager - Extended ecosystem (including Brand resources)
  • Ensure TechSales team transformation (means skills, training and certification) through Sales College
  • Ensure knowledge transfer & experience capitalization to enable internal &/or external ecosystem
  • Participate in Partner Excellence Transformation initiatives specifications and implementation
  • Support marketing & partner recruitment activities
  • BS degree technical discipline, master's level preferred.
  • Successful experience in pre-sales management (complex sales / consultative selling)
