PLM Solution Analyst
We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Milan office within the Services team (after sales). The role focuses on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption.
Role and Responsibilities
- Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS expertise powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Lead customer workshops to map AS-IS processes and use cases, define TO-BE processes and operational flows, and run a gap analysis between 3DS solutions and customer needs
- Challenge and optimize customer business processes to drive Digital Transformation and value creation, by proposing 3DS Solutions in line with company strategy
- Foster alignment among 3DS teams to create a shared vision of the Solution Architecture and ensure project success.
- Oversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-live
- Ensure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phase
Act as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and system integrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing domain (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar)
- Solid knowledge on web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, data migration processes and ICT systems analysis
- Functional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work Instructions
- Demonstrated experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities; comfortable managing defect logs, coordinating testing teams, and liaising with end-users
- Basic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM and MES systems
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Inclusion statement
For this position, we offer an initial gross annual compensation ranging from 52000€ to 62000€ , to be determined based on objective criteria such as experience and required skills as well as the scope of the position. This range includes the base salary (fixed), and if applicable, a variable pay component (target bonus), in line with our commitment to clear and transparent compensation practices.
