PLM Project Manager

Qualifications: 

Experience & Background 8+ years of experience in PLM implementation / consulting 

Proven experience in end-to-end project management (5+ years as PM role) 

Strong experience in automotive / auto parts / industrial equipment (IE) industries is highly preferred

Hands-on experience with mainstream PLM solutions (experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a strong plus) 

Core Competencies:

 Strong project management capabilities: planning, risk management, stakeholder management 

Ability to manage complex, large-scale, multi-site projects 

Strong customer-facing and communication skills 

Solid understanding of system integration, data migration, and enterprise IT landscape 

Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced environment 

Strong ownership and accountability Certifications & Education Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, IT, or related fields) 

PMP certification is mandatory (or strongly preferred) 

Language & Mobility:  Fluent English (spoken and written), able to support daily working communication Willing to travel frequently and accept long-term on-site assignments
