Role: People Administration Specialist

Job Location: Pune

Role & Responsibilities

·         Monitor the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, and employee transitions

·         HR Systems Administration, automation and innovation

·         HR Data management

·         Generate regular reports and analytics related to HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, and time and attendance

·         Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and quality 

·         Must of hands-on experience on Payroll Administration

·         Vendor Management

·         Benefit administrations

·         Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

·         Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate administration and compliance with regulations

·         Compliance and Policy Adherence

·         Support HR audits and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance

·         Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures

·         Maintain employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations

·         Respond to requests for employee information from authorized parties, such as managers, auditors

·         HR Operations Support

·         Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy updates, or employee engagement programs

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Legal, to ensure alignment on HR processes and initiatives

·         Provide frontline support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries or issues

·         Mentor to HR Operations team

·         Should be ready to lead team

Qualifications/Experience

·         Master's degree/ PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

·         Looking for 7-10 Years

·         Proven experience in HR operations, administration, or related roles

·         Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations

·         Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

·         Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions

·         Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

·         Ready for all 5 days of working from Office
