Job Description & Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy with Partners in the assigned territory
· Develop Partners to be autonomous selling DS Solutions in the assigned territory
· Drive the transformation from traditional business to 3DE business platform to achieve the Mid Term Growth Plan
· Establish trusted relationships with assigned Partners and act as their DS focal point
· Accountable for defined non-transactional Sales Accepted Leads
The challenges ahead
· To provide the leadership to DS Great China Value Wide Team and VARs to achieve our business objectives, build a profitable, sustainable and differentiated CPE Community.
· To align the local strategy to DS 3D UNIV+RSES Strategy.
· To deliver the best DS products, platform and solutions to our customers.
· To play a key role within DS as a change agent, to achieve harmony and synergy with the brands and channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent,
- 5+ years’ experience in Technology Solutions Sales
- Sales experience selling software technology products through reseller channel preferred
- Strong communication skill , Strong learning ability and long termism is required
- The candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude
- Good at coaching and motivation
- Language skill: English
