Job Description & Role Responsibilities

  • A unique focal point in charge of EDUCATION business.
  • Identify and incubate startup clients to drive them as future growth engines for SOLIDWORKS.
  • Be a customer-facing advocate with the partner to articulate the 3DS value proposition in front of clients.
  • Co-design the go-to-market strategy with the Partner to support, guide, and provide sales and client data insights, ensuring alignment with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
  • Work with the Partner to create the revenue sourcing and contribute to the co-marketing plan.
  • Validate capacity and skills with the Partner to support transformation in the Sales Plan and ensure alignment with required capacities and skills.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings with the Partner to review performance and align strategic goals, ensuring progress towards sales and transformation objectives by selecting the right stakeholders
  • Contribute to the Marketing Plan with the Partner to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Drive Partner development plans to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the Partner has the necessary certifications to sell the Multi Products.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Outstanding relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and operate within complex organizational structures.

  • Proficiency in business-level English communication, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven record of success in software sales, ideally within the software, technology, or engineering industries.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling software solutions through partner channels.

  • Experience in developing and managing indirect business models.

  • Solid understanding of the education market; prior experience would be considered a strong asset.
