Partner Sales Manager - Automotive

The mission of the Partner Sales Manager is to successfully develop and close business opportunities to increase Dassault Systèmes footprint and deliver the revenue plan in Transportation & Mobility domain in Turkey.

You will be responsible for implementing the Dassault Systèmes Industry Strategy for assigned existing accounts and their value chain in order to increase penetration and revenue growth on a short and mid-term basis.

Your role

•    Execute end-to-end joint engagements with the partner(s), and the 3DS teams (Industry & Brand teams), to achieve revenue plan, enable them to build the Client Plan / Customer Value Roadmap, and be able to replicate the processes.
•    Coach the partner through the sales process by adopting the Value Engagement as the consultative selling approach.
•    Achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his territory (list of Clients or list of Domains).
•    Manage the strategic development plan of the Client(s) / Domain(s) in the Geo, building and developing trusted relationships at executive level
•    Define and follow-up on the sourcing plan (revenue & capacity) on Clients & Domains
•    Execute the Sales Plan through Value Engagement, to support the Sourcing Plan
•    Support the GEO Sales Manager and the GEO Managing Director to select the strategic Clients according to predefined criteria


•    Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field
•    Almost 5 years' experience in sales position selling solutions for international or large companies
•    Experience in the Industry Segment Transportation & Mobility (Automotive) in order to drive from a business approach with competitive landscape knowledge. 
•    Proven experience in selling ICT solutions for international or large companies
•    Demonstrated record of leadership in software product management, business development and marketing
•    Demonstrated record of leadership in working with partners
•    Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•    Ability to forecast future levels of business
•    Ability to manage C Level relationship and Business Acumen
•    Fluency in English (both written and oral) and Turkish
