The primary scope of the Partner Sales Manager - Adriatics is to drive with Partners their strategic sales programs based on the adoption of SOLIDWORKS solutions and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
The challenges ahead
You will be challenged with articulating and proving the value of SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to our partners/clients to support the revenue sales plan.
What will your role be?
Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new customer-focused solutions
Be accountable for defining Customer engagement through Partner engagement to ensure Customer success
Contribute to the business transformation to achieve the mid-term growth plan
Ensure trusted relationships with Partners
Develop and execute target process sourcing plan with market developer
Provide support to extend Dassault Systèmes footprint with Industry Process Experiences Engagements
Your key success factors
Master of Sciences (Engineering or similar)
5-7 years of experience in IT software company
Partners management experience
Build business relationships
Carry out sales analysis
Implement sales strategies
Maintain relationships with stakeholders
Make strategic business decisions
Ability to develop customer and partner trust through interpersonal skills and technical consulting excellence
Enthusiasm and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Expert in depth knowledge of the competitive landscape
Customer centric approach to business
Proven track record in building relationships
The ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation
Strong commercial and business development background
Excellent knowledge of Reseller relationship and how best to manage them
Excellent Technical Acumen.
Willingness to learn.
English Knowledge (Slovenian language is a big plus)
