Job Description & Role responsibilities

The Partner Sales Manager – Strategic Account Manager is responsible to execute end-to-end joint engagements with the partners, from lead generation to CLOSE to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of SOLIDWORKS Korea. Lead partners to develop key deals through the sell with model and establish Strategic Account Managing process.

  • Define mid- and long-term revenue growth strategies for Strategic accounts.
  • Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.
  • Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a Business Consulting approach.
  • Foster trusted relationships with both customers and partners.
  • Co-create Marketing plan to generate Key Deal leads and support the sales effort
  • Lead partners by example on selected Client & Deals
  • Coach the partner through the sales process by adopting the Value Engagement as the consultative selling approach.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Provide an accurate forecast by managing full year pipeline of strategic account.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in selling Software and/or Cloud, preferably within the technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Over 8 years of experience selling software solutions to clients with partner channel.
  • Experience in managing direct & indirect business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in both Korean & English
