Role Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual to join our Partner Sales Management team in North America, helping our partners and clients transform their businesses.  This person will have at least six years of success managing partners who sell and deploy Enterprise Software Solutions.  As a Partner Sales Manager, you should have proficiency in, and an ability to coach and support, a value-based selling approach is a must.

  • Execute the sales strategy of your assigned Partner(s) in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan with Partners to achieve their target.
  • Conduct analysis on a regular basis to measure performance and recommend corrective actions - Quarterly Business Review
  • Define the customer engagement as Partner Led or Joint Engagement to ensure customer
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with your Partner(s) at all levels, including their Executives.
  • Maintain accurate Partner Sales pipeline on 4+ rolling quarters.
  • Coach Partners through all aspects of sales cycle
  • Contribute to the transformation of your Partner(s) by helping to define and execute their mid- to long-term growth plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or Logistics Engineering preferred
  • 6+ years of partner sales management or indirect sales
  • Experience selling complex Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Prior relevant experience in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools and methods preferred
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools and languages such as Magic Draw, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, UML / SysML a plus
  • Ability to devise and execute a business plan and monitor/measure progress
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-dimensional sales initiatives
  • Experience managing and influencing multi-layered team
