Our BIOVIA team is currently looking for a Partner Sales Manager.
The Challenge Ahead
The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for executing end-to-end joint engagements with partners and internal teams from open to close, utilizing our internal sales process, to achieve target and growth objectives in the designated territory.
What will your role be?
- Own the strategic development plan of the Clients and Domains
- Define and follow-up on the revenue and capacity plans
- Execute sales plan through value engagement to support sourcing plan
- Lead new partner onboarding
- Coach partners through the sales process by adopting Value Engagement as a consultative selling approach
- Build skills and expertise with targeted partners on transformation based on potential
- Develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of the client organization to ensure sustainable business for DS
- Expand DS footprint by building client initiatives
- Define marketing approach and support in co-marketing activities to build appropriate pipeline
- Follow up on joint partner engagements through regular gate reviews and exec meetings
- Provide accurate forecast for each quarter and fiscal year
Your Key Success Factors
- Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or related fields
- 8+ years’ experience in selling solutions for international or large companies through partners (indirectly)
- Experience selling LIMS, ELN, Quality Software, Manufacturing Software or similar complex software solution
- Experience selling into laboratories a plus
- Knowledge around machine learning, artificial intelligence a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a global, highly matrixed environment
Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
