You join the Sales Team of SOLIDWORKS / 3DEXPERIENCE and you are responsible for growth by animating the Partner relationship (Customer Role Engagement) on an area of Spain & Portugal.

Your contribution

Your main missions are :

  • Animate Partners, building a close relationship with Sales Representatives, thanks to customer visits, enablement sessions and incentives.
  • You have to handle some conflicts and be the guardian of the code of conduct and deontology.
  • Maximize sales performance of Partners, on all solutions of 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS portfolio for prospects and customers, especially on Small & Medium Businesses market.
  • Business owner of these accounts, you are managing the sales cycle to overachieve quality and quantity objectives. You build a sustainable and reliable Forecast.
  • You are involved into significant deals, on specific step of the sales cycle and on specific situations.
  • Develop Sales Representatives indirect team on your territory : advise, enablement, « best practices » sharing with other members of DASSAULT SYSTEMES in Spain, Portugal and the rest of the world
  • Accelerate the transformation as a Leader on Cloud Offers adoption for customers and partners
  • Plan and set up marketing and sales initiatives locally or nationally including pipeline management.

Your key success factors

 

  • Master degree level, Engineer or equivalent, you are selling complex solutions (ERP, PLM…) since at least 7 years, ideally on a software company.
  • You are comfortable by living in a multi-disciplinary universe and you are able to train and follow Partners on technical and sales topics
  • Autonomous, you know how to develop your network internally and working with an extending team
  • Your soft skills and management skills are solid to create trust and intimacy
  • You are Sales and Results oriented
  • You are fluent in Spanish, English, and mastering Portuguese is an asset
  • You are ready to travel
