What will your job be?

The Partner Alliance Executive builds relationships with selected Systems Integrators and Partners that helps drive Dassault Systèmes software revenue by providing enterprise consulting and software implementation services as part of Value-driven transformational projects. He/she also has a strong focus on services capacity of those Partners to ensure Dassault Systèmes can deliver its growth in the GEO.


The Challenges ahead

  • Build relationship with the Delivery Center leaders of selected System Integrators and Partners
  • Develop and govern external services capacity of selected System Integrators and Partners necessary to support Dassault Systèmes growth objectives
  • Ensure leadership and resources competences by qualifying them on the basis of their proficiency on the Value Engagement framework
  • Actively follow the services pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual services capacity targets of selected System Integrators and Partners
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and capacity forecasts.
  • Team up with the Dassault Systèmes Industry Services and Dassault Systèmes Global Services teams to ensure appropriate skills and competencies are developed in the selected System Integrators and Partners teams
  • Sell the Dassault Systèmes Global Services Support Offers and Packages made for System Integrators and Partners
  • Establish a strong governance between Dassault Systèmes Global Services and Partner Account teams in every Value Engagement project
  • Maintain an understanding of Dassault Systèmes strategy & solutions, and be able to articulate Dassault Systèmes value propositions to partners and their customers.
  • Ensure projects led by selected System Integrators and Partners are delivered on time and with quality
  • Manage the partner radar, qualification and termination process with the WW stakeholders
  • Establish and run appropriate governance with the selected System Integrators and Partners
  • Collaborate with the other Alliance Executives of Dassault Systèmes.



  • Partner strategy based on multiyear Business plan and objectives (incl. Resources plan and Investment plan)
  • Partner services capacity development plan (skills, know-how)
  • Co-engagement plan, thought leadership strategy,
  • Alliance Management business indicators

Role Profile


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Successful field experience in sales management
  • Experience in developing and managing Alliance Partnerships, developing Executive relationships and driving net new customer activity with partners
