Role & Responsibilities
As a Partner Acquistion Manager, you will lead key capacity activities across Recruitment, Development, and Enablement of partners in South China.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Aligning the region sourcing plan with the recruitment plan and implementing capacity activities for acquiring new partners in selected industries and process domains.
- Defining mid- and long-term Partner Development Plans to support transformational goals.
- Driving the recruitment process from prospect identification to onboarding, including:
- Identifying and qualifying a pipeline of suitable prospects in targeted industries/regions/brands.
- Articulating Dassault Systèmes’ value propositions to prospects.
- Managing the recruitment process until partnership contract signature.
- Onboarding and enabling new partners through training on 3DS sales tools and processes.
- Monitoring partner progress through acquisition stages and ensuring a smooth transition to Partner Success Management (PSM) post-onboarding.
- Providing daily partner data management support.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Industry experience in High-tech, Manufacturing, or Semi-conductor sectors (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact with sales, partners, and all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English
