Order Administration Specialist
Job Description and Responsibilities
supervise the ordering system, control and approve Orders (POs) and Renewals (RNs) in compliance with 3DS policies and rules. Train and adVise Sales Organizations and Distributors in tile execution of tile OTC process. Cootribute to OTC process documentation and to the ordering tools evollllion and testing.
RESPONSIBILITES
SBA Processes related to sonware sales of all brands for CSE/CPE/lSE Korea:
Analyze, approve and process orders and renewals in compliance with 3DS policies and rules
Manage Customers and Distributors' daims
Ensure transactions are processed as per agreement and per 3DS policies and rules as established by Business Administration departments
Drive specific projects such as coordination of Change of Distributor or lntercompany Transfer
Support the integration of acquired businesses through tile proper integration of their orders via trainings and support of newly integrated teams
Conduct internal & external audits on Order Management activity
Act as an expert, define and transform Order Management Process and Tools
Contribute to the ordering toots enhancements testing as require
Train and Support individually & collectively Sales Transaction Support and Partners
DELIVERABLES
POs/RNs control & approbation with autonomy, In a timely manner and In respect of documented TAT, processes and check rules
Efficient audit of POs/RNs upon management request and/or documented processes in respect of communicated deadlines
Alert releVant Business Administration department(s) in applieable situations
Expert knowledge of 3DS Order to cash Processes and associated Tools and their user guides
Proactivety provide high-quality and timely support to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
