What will your role be?

As an OpEx Specialist, you will be a resource to both our Support User Success Team and our customer base.  This role is committed to ensuring that customers receive the timely support they need.  This is a process oriented, somewhat-behind-the-scenes but highly involved role that requires a motivated person with an exceptional ability to manage expectations between customers and internal stakeholders.  The job duties are varied and utilize independent judgment and an innate creative curiosity of getting things done right the first time.

The challenges ahead…

  • Monitor and assign incoming emails and service requests utilizing our Client Care and 3DSupport systems
  • Answer and transfer inbound phone calls to appropriate teams
  • Awareness of cross-team schedules, anticipating challenges, difficulties, and pressure points
  • Collaborate with peers, customers, and upper management via excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Respond to situations where standard procedures may not be providing resolution
  • Escalate emails and issues to the next level when appropriate
  • Willing to perform one-off and unique job-related administrative duties as required
  • Act in accordance to all confidentiality and cybersecurity regulations
  • Reliable in reporting for work, punctual in taking designated breaks, and adhere to high work standards

Your Key Success Factors…

  • Some college preferred, but a minimum High School diploma (or equivalent) with 3 years of work experience
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment
  • Passionate about providing a quality Customer Service experience (treat others the way they want to be treated)
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and via written correspondence (do your directions make sense)
  • Detail-oriented individual who excels at grasping and following defined SOPs (there’s a reason we do it this way)
  • High level of organization, time management, and accurate responsibility (if you Mess Up, Own Up right away)
  • Accountability and self-motivation to work independently but also as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with all levels of coworkers (from a newbie to the president)
  • Technical aptitude with proven ability to navigate multiple applications concurrently while able to juggle many administrative tasks, all with a sense of urgency and accuracy (keep your ducks AND our ducks in a row)
  • Familiarity of computerized ticketing systems (POS, help-desk, etc.)
  • Experience with meeting software and web conference tools (it’s a Zoom world and we are living in it)
  • Comfortable working across regions and cultures and time zones
  • English proficiency is required

“Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $40,000-50,000”, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus”.

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
