Role Description & Responsibilities
Our Dassault Systemes North America Marketing team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship reporting to the North America Campaign & Digital Marketing Director. This opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office.
The intern will be a key member of the North America Marketing Team. This internship is focused on helping our organization craft our marketing data story. This is an ideal internship for someone who is comfortable with data management in many forms and is interested in pursuing a marketing operations role.
The campaign & digital marketing intern will also assume an active role in helping our team; research across a range of marketing-related spaces and assisting in helping us realize our go-to-market paid media activities
An ideal candidate will have
Familiarity with a range of social channels, along with the confidence to advocate around best practices aligned to existing and emerging outlets.
With active experience with design tools looking to bring their skills up to enterprise level, working in a very active B2B environment.
Assist in creating and delivering media measurement and marketing performance reports for senior management.
At times, you, ma have the opportunity to:
Craft and deliver marketing materials to our customers and across our wider marketing ecosystem.
Work closely with an experienced marketing team that designs, executes, measures, optimizes, and adjusts marketing strategies across multiple online channels, including paid media, display, email, and social media
Contribute by first learning and then by supporting critical internal processes
Learn many new tools and concepts related to enterprise campaign and digital marketing
Learn and develop your B2B data marketing skills
As the world continues to become more and more digital, this role will be helping the team with mission critical marketing activities including the updating and creation of a range of visual and video materials including efforts associated with our advertising (display, programmatic, social media for example) and end to end support across marketing campaigns including on page as well as email marketing activities.
Qualifications
Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher
Experience with email marketing
Project management knowledge and the ability to set and meet deadlines, understand goals and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment
Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Possesses strong communication skills in English
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about all things digital marketing!
In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.

This is an onsite role at our Dassault Systèmes Waltham, MA location; with 3 days in office mandatory but a potential to work remotely the remainder of the week. Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $22 – $24 per hour.
