North America Campaign & Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Description & Responsibilities:
As the North America Campaign & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help facilitate our North American paid media efforts and be responsible for bringing our campaigns to market. Reporting to the North America Campaign & Digital Marketing Director, the ideal candidate for this role is very motivated to pursue all things demand generation and will likely possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Manage a robust campaign and email marketing program to support our marketing ambitions
- Develop and implement digital marketing efforts to drive lead generation and enhance customer engagement aligned with a defined marketing strategy
- Manage and work within a robust set of marketing tech stack tools, ensuring that all campaigns you are supporting are aligned with internal requirements
- Working both locally and globally to ensure that program deliverables are aligned with best practices
- Monitor and report on digital marketing results and user metrics
- Work within and across our team to ensure that our digital marketing efforts associated with your assigned marketing scope are on budget and on time
- Design paid media plans within your assigned scope and drive accountability to deliver content across channels and to varied personas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with digital marketing programs, ideally in a corporate environment, with a proven record of developing high-impact campaigns across the paid media digital landscape
- Familiarity with vendor management and partnering with a range of both internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, data analysis capabilities and project/program management skills
- Ability to challenge existing assumptions, experiment, and develop innovative strategies and solutions
- Must have experience working in marketing in some related capacity
- Must have strong initiative, adaptability, and focused attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $78,600-101,400 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
