Our North America Education Sales Team is currently looking for a Sales Director. Our Edu organization is building the workforce of the future for our industry customers to foster innovation. It is a strategic organization and has presence in all geos.

 

The Challenges Ahead

The North America Edu Sales Director will be responsible for leading EDU sales campaigns to develop a sustainable business within the North American territory. This leader will drive business in the academia sector by leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as our favorite channel for developing and maintaining clients’ relationships and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.

 

What will your role be?

  • Drive growth and exceed the sales plan through a balanced allocation of resources and sales strategy
  • Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with committed annual plan
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage
  • Deliver accurate yearly and quarterly forecasts in line with business objectives
  • Lead business reviews with internal teams
  • Foster and facilitate collaboration between 3DS and client ecosystem to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction
  • Initiate and lead customer executive meetings to promote DS vision and demonstrate commitment to customer success
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with internal, government and local policies
  • Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation
  • Act as a mentor, support customer and value chain enterprise business transformation
  • Establish a strong entry barrier against competition

Your Key Success Factors

  • Conferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, Master’s strongly preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in sales or business development related experience
  • Experience in the Education/Academics industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in selling solutions for international or large companies
  • Experience working with Partners
  • Strong knowledge of the academic/education landscape in North America
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
  • Effective Presentation Skills
  • Effective Time-Management Skills
  • Effective Relationship Management Skills
  • Effective English Communication Skills, ability to speak French a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
