Marketing Trainee

In our South East international marketing team, we have a 6-month Marketing Internship project, based in our Milan office. Scope of the Internship: Project "Marketing Campaigns dedicated to Italian Key Accounts to support the 2024 growth plan of our Direct Business".

Your role:

The candidate will help orchestrate and manage all marketing aspects and tactics in order to ensure successful activities. In particular, in his/her role, he/she will be involved and actively participate in the following marketing project:
•    Account Based Marketing (One to One, One to Few and One to Many) targeting selected major industry players in Italy in Transportation & Mobility, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment and Infrastructure, Energy & Materials and Business Services
•    Definition and implementation of a 6-month plan with a series of activities (Marketing Intelligence, Paid digital campaigns, Events, Social Media and Communications) dedicated to our Direct Business, focusing on the latest innovation trends, in particular Virtual Twins, Model Based System Engineering, Manufacturing, Sustainability, Decarbonization and Green Energy and Sustainable infrastructure and Logistics
•    Execution of the related activities, tracking, measurement and analysis of results to assess the return on investment and developing recommendations for next steps.


•    Ongoing or completed MSc. studies in Marketing or related studies.
•    Team player with good communication and presentation skills, time management and organizational skills. Ability to gather and interpret information to extract insights. 
•    Attention to details, accountability and reliability to complete tasks meeting deadlines. Willingness to learn and curiosity for the latest industry and innovation trends. 
•    Strong proactivity, problem solving skills and desire to contribute with ideas and translate them into action.
•    Positive attitude, collaborative, self-motivated, innovative, hard-working and reliable professional.
Technical Competencies:
•    Social media and digital marketing
•    Event organization
•    Knowledge of MS-Office and Adobe
•    Knowledge of marketing tactics, tools & processes
•    Languages: Italian and English (fluent), French will be considered a plus
