We are looking for a Field Marketing - Program Account Manager with proven Digital Marketing expertise and 360° marketing program management skills, to lead Marketing Programs that increase our reach and contribute to business generation.

Part of the Content Strategy and Production team, the program account manager must advise on and deliver BtoB offer marketing programs (English language required). The position requires a good vision of BTB's marketing and digital issues, and an ability to organize projects in an operational manner, coordinating internal stakeholders (Subject Matter Experts, Topics Managers, Web factory, Data analytics, Distribution Program Owners) and external service providers (agencies).

Capacity for marketing advice, consulting, supporting internal stakeholders, and production organization.

What will you role be?

In charge of developing and supporting the B2B marketing programs efforts, you will be responsible of:

  • Coordinating multiple marketing programs / experiences at a time, from initiation through execution across all channels.
  • Supporting your internal clients in their strategic thinking and orchestrating marketing programs development and execution with external partners (agencies).
  • Meeting the deadlines of the projects for which you are responsible. Alerting and escalating in the event of a slippage.
  • Being proactive in the organization of the different internal teams involved and in the evolution of processes and methodologies to deliver programs assets.
  • Being results oriented and able to track & interpret programs results and take necessary actions.
  • Identifying pain points, lessons, and seizing opportunities for improvements to minimize confusion and wasted efforts.
  • Communicating internally and externally the mandatory elements needed to successfully complete the programs.
  • Guarantying the quality of the strategic and operational work delivered to the internal clients.
  • Preparing, leading and animating the different internal and external worklists.

You key success factors

  • Being fluent in English (read, spoken and written) is imperative. All deliverables, meetings and materials are in English.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of international experience, including delivery of integrated channel and performance marketing programs.
  • Strong ability to sell, negotiate and convince
  • Critical, marketing, technical and creative thinking to deliver high-end projects
  • Strong problem-solving ability
