Marketing Intern

As an Intern, you’ll actively support marketing initiatives in Poland, working closely with both local and European Sales & Marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. Based in Warsaw, you’ll be part of a vibrant office setting that encourages learning and collaboration. We offer guidance, training, and real project involvement to help you grow into a future marketing game-changer.
We're looking for someone with a natural interest in marketing and communications – someone creative, detail-oriented, and confident in content creation and digital tools. Ideally, you're available to join us full-time (around 40 hours a week) and open to a longer-term collaboration — we’d love to have someone grow with us over time!
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (events, webinars, digital activities)
- Assist in development and production of marketing communications materials, landing pages, banners, mailings, digital marketing
- Develop content for social media channels aligned with brand tone and goals
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to produce creative materials (banners, videos, copywriting)
- Handle administrative marketing tasks, such as reporting, budget tracking, and invoicing
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English
- Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business or a strong interest in marketing and digital media
- Excellent written communication skills, both short-form (e.g. social posts) and long-form (e.g. articles, emails)
- Previous experience in content creation for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and other marketing and business computer software (i.e. CRM)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to think visually
- Problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, or video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere)
- Prior experience in B2B marketing, events, or communications is an asset
- Additional European language (e.g. German, French) would be an advantage
