SALES EMEA HUB, based in Barcelona, has started its journey in 2021 with a strong commercial orientation. Our organization has the following areas: business development, customer online experience, sales mediation and sales operations. We are a multicultural organization with high growth pace.


Your mission is to be the dedicated EMEA HUB learning expert to support our organization in the learning activity: onboarding, skills development and coaching.  Define and deploy unique Learning Experience (Skills needs assessment, solutions, content, certifications & programs), to the EMEA HUB employees, to develop and empower the workforce of the future.

Role description

  • Coordinate and manage all onboarding plans for the EMEA HUB employees and new joiners

  • Partner with the HUB management in order to build individualized development plans for our employees

  • Assess skills priorities with brands, industry and GEO inputs in order to suggest learning requirements

  • Provide directly or indirectly specific commercial (sales, customer management) trainings and complement them with individual coaching sessions.

  • Provide a strong training and certification offer through adapted learning paths.

  • Ensure the growth of Dassault Systèmes through the learning and promotion of the entire portfolio of Dassault Systèmes Cloud solutions within the hub team.

  • Accelerate the adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE solutions in the market by providing the required skills to the sales teams to promote these.

  • Non-standard training and skills also require your creativity to identify the right training content, to ensure learning and excellence programs are delivered to our Sales (SEOs), Tech Sales (IPCs) and Business Developers (BDRs) and Sales Mediation (SM) to sell, explain, use and implement the entire Dassault Systèmes cloud portfolio. (as applicable)

  • Offer personalized support and guidance in the learning process for the HUB employees

  • Instill a culture of learning in the organization

  • Operate in a matrix organization, capable to lead projects, get support and collaborate with different functions.

  • Collaborate with DS learning experience team

  • Collaborate with hub learning experts in ASIA and AMERICAS hubs

  • Deliver individual and group training plans with coverage in systems, product, industries, core job skills and soft skills.

  • Deliver Commercial & customer training sessions

Your key success factors

  • Degree / Master’s Degree / MBA; Pedagogical (adult education) Psychological, Coaching skills will be an advantage

  • Learning and development experience in a high tech international environment within commercial organizations

  • Previous experience in young organization in the buildup phase

  • Proficient with MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, highly organized, and strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure

  • Highly self-motivated, positive attitude with a strong level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn, innovate and incorporate coaching into daily tasks and assignments

  • Ability to escalate necessary issues & concerns to Project Lead.

  • Ability to report project progress to Project Lead via e-mail report-outs and virtual check-ins.

  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials that support learning objectives.

  • Good project, presentation and organizational skills

  • Ability to be open to new ideas, think outside the box, and share your own knowledge with the team, applying it in your daily work.

  • Comfortable and effective in working across regions and cultures

  • Ability to establish credibility in all interactions and to develop engaging relationships with all stakeholders across the organization through trust, teamwork and direct communication
