Facilitate the creation of superior training content for the 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS portfolio of roles and SOLIDWORKS Desktop applications in the form of self-paced eLearning materials or instructor-led training manuals. Define and deploy unique Learning Experiences to 3DS employees, partners, academics, customers & individuals to develop and empower the workforce of the future.

- Develop competency with 3DEXPERIENCE Works roles and SOLIDWORKS applications to become a subject matter expert capable of defining learning experiences for those roles and applications.

- Create unique and engaging learning materials that challenge learners and match the style of existing materials.

- Create materials that facilitate instructor-led training by our Partner channel and self-paced learning that Customers and Partners can consume independently.

- Work closely with eLearning vendors. Perform quality reviews, coordinate delivery schedule, and deploy eLearning content.

- Develop relationships with other subject matter experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and obtain technical reviews of the learning materials.

- Collaborate with training team on the effective use of instructional design strategies, web-based and multimedia technologies.

- Occassionally, deliver classes and webinars to teach Dassault Systemes products to our Partner channel and other Dassault Systemes employees.

- Has experience in instructional design or training in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of CAD applications is a must. Ideally the candidate is a Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) or Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE).
- Can demonstrate ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality.
- Can demonstrate ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials that support course learning objectives.
- Has worked in a multi-cultural and international environment.

- Experience with SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS, 3D Creator, 3D Sculptor, or other CAD applications.
- Must have strong people and project management skills along with good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with eLearning development, curriculum design, and online education
- Experience with screen recording, eLearning authoring, and learning management system applications. Experience with Camtasia, SnagIt, and Articulate 360 a plus.
- Open to new ideas; shares own knowledge; applies knowledge in daily work; builds partnerships for learning and knowledge sharing
- Mastery of English language and familiarization with localization processes for deploying training material to non-English speaking audiences
- Exceptional presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
