IT Support Specialist

Australia, QLD, Brisbane

Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office alignment to Corporate IT Standards and contribute to corporate projects.
  • Provide IT support to Dassault Systèmes employees
  • Conduct user orientation and training
  • Maintain local IT infrastructure according to business needs and corporate policy (LAN, Server & Storage, Audio-visual, laptops, phones, printers)
  • Ensure incident resolution based on Support SLA


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years IT Support & Administration Experience
  • Solid experience in client PC support in Windows environment
  • Proficient in Windows server install and Cisco network / ISP management & troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of systems and storage such as: NetApp, Pure Storage Administration and VMware
  • Up – to – date certifications preferred (MCP, CCNA, etc.)
