Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
  • Equipped with Tertiary qualification, with degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications.
  • Working knowledge on Service Requests Management Process and Tools is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and other IT-related devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus. CCNA/ MCP/ MCSA/ MCSE/ CCNP Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of English and native Japanese (spoken and written) required.
