What will your role be?
The mission of the Regional Service Desk and IT Services & Support Team is to provide an exceptional IT Support to local and remote 3DS employees.
- Resolves IT issues promptly and effectively
- Provides support for software installations
- Prioritizes IT Support tickets effectively and follows-up on escalations
- Works collaborative with other IT Teams to resolve complex requests
Your Key Success factors
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of IT Support & Administration experience
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, polished professionalism and a can-do attitude
- Possesses well developed verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is an asset, but not required
