As part of our IT Data Factory team, you will be involved in exciting and transformative projects, supporting the creation of operational metrics, KPIs, and BI dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across IT and IS functions globally.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Join the IT Data Factory and take responsibility for defining and delivering transversal operational metrics and KPIs for IT/IS Operations and Management.

  • Collaborate with IT/IS business stakeholders to define best-in-class operational and management KPIs.

  • Convert business requirements into realistic technical requirements with a strong understanding of data and IT/IS processes.

  • Develop and deliver metrics using SAP BODS Jobs, Webi Reports, and 3DEXPERIENCE Dashboards.

  • Advise on the use of 3DEXPERIENCE tools such as OOTB/Generic Widgets, Swym, 3DDrive, and more.

  • Partner with Data Engineers to ensure reliable data collection, normalization, and integration in the Data Warehouse.

  • Propose new data sources and contribute to ongoing data quality improvements.

  • Support and enhance operational excellence initiatives:

    • Document knowledge via 3DX Community

    • Monitor Exalead indexing, job executions, and dashboard usage

    • Contribute to SLA and KPI support activities

  • Drive and support innovative initiatives such as:

    • Cloudera POC (Data Lake)

    • SOWA implementation

    • Tool migrations

  • Engage in continuous learning on BI tools and platforms including 3DX, BODS, Webi, Data Perspective, Automic, and future technologies.

Qualifications:

·         Educational Background:

o   bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

·         Experience:

o   2–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or IT operations reporting.

·         Core Skills:

o   Strong knowledge of data model architecture using Oracle, SQL, and MySQL

o   Proficiency in any Data integration & Reporting tools, preferably SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and experience with Web Intelligence (Webi).

o   Understanding of database management, storage architecture, and security

o   Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

o   Familiarity with BI metrics design, ETL job creation, and dashboard development

o   Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.

o   Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

o   Develop dashboards and reports using Dashboarding Tools.

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

o   Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.

o   Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

·         Additional Skills:

o   Knowledge of PHP, PowerShell, or other programming/scripting languages is an advantage

o   Experience with Universe Design, 3DEXPERIENCE Widgets, and platform integration

o   Exposure to scheduling and automation tools like Automic

o   Understanding of IT governance and operations is a strong plus

·         Soft Skills:

o   Adaptability, curiosity, and autonomy

o   Strong documentation, synthesis, and communication abilities

o   Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and international teams

o   Willingness to challenge the status quo and innovate

·         Languages:

o   Fluent in English (written and spoken)

o   French is a plus

·         Location:

o   Willingness to work from Pune, Maharashtra (on-site).
