As an Intern at our Customer Support Help Desk, you will sort out, analyze and solve different problems encountered by our clients in the various fields including but not limited to the aerospace industry. This internship will allow you to widen your knowledge on Dassault Systemes products (CATIA & ENOVIA and 3DExperience ). In order to successfully complete your internship, you will start with training sessions that will be supervised by Dassault Systemes. Once finished, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of hard working and experienced engineers who will share with you their hands-on knowledge of Dassault Systemes solutions, all this in a diversified and stimulating environment
Provide a first level of response to tickets sent to our helpdesk by Boeing Partners (787 Program only), and related to our V5 software products.
Undergraduate student in mechanical, aerospace engineering or management of automated production.
Experience in customer service is an asset.
Knowledge of Dassault Systemes products (CATIA V5, ENOVIA) is an asset.
Language(s) French & English, written and spoken
