What your role will be?

Some of your responsibilities may include:

·        Assisting in daily activities of DELMIA Apriso Support team

·        Managing incoming Service Reports: categorize, prioritize and distribute them at ticketing system

·        Managing software and license distribution orders

·        Reproducing, validating and testing reported case scenarios

·        Participating in management activities of virtual environments

·        Providing responsive support for business areas

The Challenges ahead

Learning to work in a very fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks and assignments.

Contributing to strategies and action plans designed to enhance outreach to DS’s target audiences

Your Key Success Factors

Recent graduate or actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Possesses fundamental experience with SQL, HTML/JavaScript, C# and Computer administration skills with Windows servers

Able to work a hybrid schedule in the Long Beach office 

 

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total hourly rate will range between $24.00 and $33.00.
