Role Descriptions & Responsibilities

The CRE LATAM team leads Dassault Systèmes' engagement with Value-Added Resellers (VAR) across Latin America for the SOLIDWORKS / Mainstream Innovation business. Our mission is to scale impact through our partner ecosystem by strengthening sales capabilities, driving certification programs, enabling productivity, and delivering engaging partner experiences.

As a Partner Enablement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the productivity of our CRE VAR ecosystem. You will work closely with Partner Sales Managers, Partner Representatives, and sales teams to implement initiatives that raise the channel's performance level.

Main responsibilities:

         Conduct and support training programs (in-person and virtual) for partners' sales and pre-sales teams, ensuring alignment with regional priorities for growth and multi-product adoption.

         Monitor and report on certification progress, identifying gaps and proposing action plans for partners to achieve expected proficiency levels.

         Support onboarding processes for new partners and new members of VAR sales and technical teams, ensuring rapid integration with 3DS tools, processes, and methodologies.

         Actively participate in the planning, organization, and monitoring of strategic events (workshops, boot camps, kick-offs, roadshows), ensuring that content and dynamics are aligned with the channel's training needs.

         Act as a communication link between CRE LATAM and partners, ensuring that information, materials, and strategic updates are conveyed in a clear, structured, and timely manner.

         Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from partners on enablement initiatives, helping to continuously improve the experience and effectiveness of programs.

         Support campaigns and engagement actions to expand the reach of certification, productivity, and specialization programs.

This is a high-visibility role that provides a unique opportunity to develop skills in partner management, enablement strategy, sales operations and corporate events, within an multinational technology ecosystem.

A equipe CRE LATAM lidera o envolvimento da Dassault Systèmes com mais de 30 revendedores de valor agregado (VAR) em toda a América Latina para os negócios de Mainstream Innovation / SOLIDWORKS. Nossa missão é ampliar o impacto por meio de nosso ecossistema de parceiros, fortalecendo suas capacidades comerciais, promovendo programas de certificação, aumentando a produtividade e criando experiências de alto valor que acelerem o sucesso conjunto.

Como Estagiário(a) de Partner Enablement, você terá papel essencial em apoiar a produtividade e o desenvolvimento contínuo do nosso ecossistema de parceiros. Atuará em estreita colaboração com Partner Sales Managers, Partner Representatives e equipes de vendas para implementar iniciativas que elevem o nível de performance do canal.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Participar ativamente do planejamento, organização e acompanhamento de eventos estratégicos (workshops, bootcamps, kick-offs, roadshows), assegurando que os conteúdos e dinâmicas estejam alinhados com as necessidades de capacitação do canal.
  • Atuar como elo de comunicação entre CRE LATAM e os parceiros, garantindo que informações, materiais e updates estratégicos sejam transmitidos de forma clara, estruturada e tempestiva.
  • Coletar feedback qualitativo e quantitativo dos parceiros sobre iniciativas de enablement, ajudando a aprimorar continuamente a experiência e a eficácia dos programas.
  • Apoiar campanhas e ações de engajamento para ampliar o alcance de programas de certificação, produtividade e especialização.

 

Esta é uma função de alta visibilidade que oferece uma oportunidade única para desenvolver habilidades em gestão de parceiros, enablement estratégico, operações comerciais e eventos corporativos, dentro de um ecossistema multinacional de tecnologia.

 

Qualifications

·         Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or related fields – from 3rd to 5th semester

·         Proficient in MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel;

·         Canva or other design tools is a plus.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English is a must.

·         Strong interpersonal skills.

·         Spanish is a plus.

·         Interest in sales, partner engagement, sales enablement, or partner recruitment.

·         Proactive and comfortable speaking with external stakeholders.

Qualificações

·         Estar cursando superior em Administração, Marketing, Relações Internacionais, Comunicação, ou áreas relacionadas – entre 3º e 5º semestre

·         Proficiência em MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);

·         Canva ou outras ferramentas de design será um diferencial

·         Fortes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal, tanto em português quanto em inglês, são imprescindíveis;

·         Fortes habilidades interpessoais;

·         Espanhol é um diferencial;
